Returns policy

Before starting the returns process we strongly recommend speaking to our customer care department where we will try our best to find a solution to your problem.

We try our utmost best to make sure we create the best product for you, however, if you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase we offer 14 working days (from the day of receiving your order) returns policy. All returns must be in unworn and in resalable condition. This includes all original packaging and tags.

At this current time, returns postage are currently not free and the customer will be responsible for return postage. Please be aware that we will not be liable for any lost or damaged items during transportation. To avoid such incidents we strongly recommend using recorded delivery and keeping your postage receipt.

To keep the quality control at the highest we inspect every returned item and we have every right to refuse any damaged or dirty items (refused item will be returned to the customer).

Once we have received your return, please allow 5-7 working days for it to be processed, 7-10 days during our sales period.

If you’re returning an order from outside of United Kingdom you may incur custom fees for us to receive your item. As our returns policy states, all returns costs are full duty of the customer and the returns must be unworn and in resalable condition.

We’re a happy to announce we ship worldwide, delivery costs will automatically be calculated at the checkout. If you’re ordering from outside of United Kingdom, you may incur custom charges.
